Community Support Partners


Budgeting, Debt Management, Chaplaincy

Ray brings a wealth of budgeting and debt management experience, having been a Debt Centre Manger for Christians Against Poverty for nearly six years.  He is a qualified Chaplain and an Accredited CIMA (Critical Incident Responder).

Ray is passionately involved in local community and works alongside Waiuku Family Support, the Waiuku Medical Centre, a Men's Refuge, along with other commercial and community organisations.  Ray is also on the Board of Tuwhera Trust (assisting whanau and users affected by Meth (P) addiction, and is on the oversight team of Cornerstone Christian Church.



Katrina has been a Chaplain within the North Waikato region for the past two years and has recently moved to Buckland, where she looks forward to contributing more to the community in this area.



Lorelei is a private practice Counsellor.  She holds a B. Couns, a Post Grad Cert in Violence and Trauma, and is ACC Sensitive Claims Registered.  Lorelei is a Member of NZCCA and works with Adults, Youth and Children covering a wide range of issues.


Pastoral Care

Kate is a dynamic and entrepreneurial Leader in South Auckland (residing in Franklin), with a background in the state education sector, in support roles including Chaplaincy.

Kate loves to strengthen her community, working with and connecting people; desiring for individuals to be seen, heard, respected and empowered.


Pastoral Care

Guy is a community Leader, bringing creativity, insightfulness and compassion to his multi-skilled roles.  He enjoys working with young people and seeing them succeed in life.

Both Kate and Guy are involved in organisational governance, are ordained Church Ministers and Co-Lead Pastors, using their collective skills to impact their community resourcefully, perceptively and positively.

MIKE MARR (and Associates)

Business Mentoring

Mike is the Founder and Owner of TPT Group and holds Executive Director roles within Group, plus Independent Director roles outside.  He holds qualifications in electrical trade, electrotechnology, plus Advanced Dip. Business, Dip. Management, Dip. Integrated Risk Management and a Dip. Project Management.  As well as being Board Member of several NZ Not for Profit Organisations (including being Chairman of The Runway Foundation and is the CEO of TPT Group Holdings NZ), Mike is extensively connected within the business sector and he (along with some of his Business Associates) are passionate about mentoring others and contributing positively to the Franklin community.
